Term Dates for Templars Primary School 2025-26
Templars will be closed to pupils for training days on:
1st and 2nd September 2025
1st December 2025
30th January 2026
20th July 2026
Y1-6 Pupils start Autumn 2025 on Wednesday 3rd September.
Nursery pupils start WB 15th Sept- see individual packs for details.
Reception pupils are part-time Wed 3rd Sept-Fri 5th Sept. Starting full-time WB 8th September. Please see individual packs for more information.
School Opening Times for Templars Primary School 2025-26
The compulsory school day at Templars Primary School runs from 8.50 am to 3.20pm, equating to 32.5 hours per week, in line with DfE expectations. Breakfast club provision is optional and does not form part of the compulsory school day.
Free Breakfast Club Drop-off: 8.15–8.25am (gates close for security purposes and reopen for school opening)
OOSC provides paid-for wraparound care for pupils from 7.30am to 6pm
