Outcomes and Achievement at Templars Primary School

At Templars, we are proud of the progress our pupils make and the outcomes they achieve. We serve a community with high levels of deprivation, significant mobility and increasing levels of additional need. Despite these challenges, our pupils continue to achieve well and outcomes are improving year-on-year.

Over the last three years, leaders have focused on stabilising the school, strengthening behaviour, attendance and safeguarding, and creating the conditions for pupils to thrive. As a result, we are now seeing improvements across key measures of attainment.

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Children join Templars with a wide range of starting points. Through a strong focus on language development, early reading and personal development, children make excellent progress during their time in Reception.
