All children will receive universal free school meals if they are in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2. However, applying for free school meals in these years and also for older pupils enables the school to receive an extra £1300 which can be spent to provide extra support in school. As the new school year has begun we are updating our website content.
Some key updates so far-
Calendar- the key dates have been added for Autumn Term- more being added as confirmed. Don't forget you can sync the school calendar with your own calendar. Just follow the instructions on the calendar tab.
Letter has been added under the Newsletter tab about European Languages Day.
Sporting Events- The children at Templars have a wealth of sporting events to engage/teach them about different sports. This page has been updated highlighting some events already planned this year and which year groups have the opportunity to participate.
Curriculum- We are very excited about Templars Tailored Curriculum. The staff have worked very hard to plan and create more exciting and engaging topics throughout the year. Key documents have been uploaded- these are being updated all the time so may change throughout the year.
Class Pages- Each Year group has its own page. Recently added are the topic webs that were sent out in the first week. These pages will be updated regularly with photographs and key information specific to your child's year group.
