During the Autumn term, Year 2 created their own books to tell the story of 'The Great Fire of London'. Their brief was to create a picture book which uses a lever or slider to help them tell the story. They investigated existing books with levers and sliders, designed and planned their own version of the historical event, created their books using split pins to allow their mechanisms to work and then evaluated their decisions as part of the final process. The photos do not their amazing work justice. Well done Year 2!
